Commands Reference

Complete reference guide for MoBots Buy Bot commands and button navigation. Most interaction happens through buttons rather than text commands.

Available Commands

`/start`

Context: Private chat with bot

Function: Opens the main menu and welcome screen

Usage:

/start

Response: Main menu with bot features overview and navigation buttons

When to use:

First time opening bot
Returning to main menu
After error or timeout
Need to refresh interface

Main Menu Navigation

After sending /start, you'll see the main menu with these buttons:

🤖 My Buy Bots

Function: Access bot management dashboard

Leads to: List of your configured bots

Shows:

All your bots
Bot usage (X/2 bots)
Group names
Quick access to settings

💬 Join Community

Function: Link to MoBots community

Leads to: MoBots support group/channel

Use for:

Getting help
Asking questions
Reporting bugs
Feature requests
Announcements

Bot Management Menu

Accessed via "🤖 My Buy Bots" → Select a group

🔄 Change Token/Pool

Function: Modify monitored token or pools

Process:

Click button
Enter token address
Bot searches pools
Select pools to monitor
Configuration saved

Use when:

Switching to new token
Adding new liquidity pools
Changing pool selection
Reconfiguring after changes

🖼️ Change Image

Function: Update notification image

Process:

Click button
Upload image OR
Send image URL
Image saved

Accepts:

Direct image upload
Image URLs (http/https)
PNG or JPG format
Max 5MB file size

💰 Set Minimum Amount

Function: Set buy threshold for notifications

Process:

Click button
Enter token amount
Filter applies immediately

Examples:

0 - Show all buys
10 - Only buys ≥ 10 tokens
100 - Only buys ≥ 100 tokens

🔗 Social Links

Function: Manage social media links

Opens: Social links submenu

Options:

💬 Set Discord
📱 Set Telegram
🐦 Set Twitter
🌐 Set Website

🟢 Activate / 🔴 Deactivate

Function: Toggle notification state

Effect:

Activate: Starts sending notifications
Deactivate: Pauses notifications

Settings preserved: Yes (all)

Use when:

Need temporary pause
Maintenance period
Testing other settings

❌ Delete Bot

Function: Permanently remove bot

Warning: Cannot be undone

Deletes:

All configuration
Settings
Image
Social links

Frees: Bot slot (goes from 2/2 to 1/2)

🔙 Back to Bots

Function: Return to bot list

Use: Navigate back from bot settings

Social Links Menu

Accessed via "🔗 Social Links" in bot management

💬 Set Discord

Function: Add/update Discord link

Format: https://discord.gg/yourserver

Process:

Click button
Send Discord invite URL
✅ Saved confirmation

To remove: Send clear

📱 Set Telegram

Function: Add/update Telegram link

Formats:

https://t.me/yourgroup
@yourgroup

Process:

Click button
Send Telegram URL or username
✅ Saved confirmation

To remove: Send clear

🐦 Set Twitter

Function: Add/update Twitter link

Format: https://twitter.com/yourhandle

Process:

Click button
Send Twitter profile URL

Function: Return to main bot settings

Use: Navigate back from social links

Pool Selection Menu

Appears after entering token address during setup or reconfiguration

🌐 Monitor All Pools

Function: Select all available pools

Effect: Tracks buys across every DEX

Recommended: Yes, for comprehensive tracking

Example:

🔄 Individual DEX Buttons

Function: Select specific DEX pools

Options:

Uniswap V2
PancakeSwap V2
OctoSwap V2
TayaSwap V2
Purps Exchange V2
Madness Finance V2

Can select multiple: Yes

Example:

Click [🔄 Uniswap V2]
Then [🔄 PancakeSwap V2]
= Monitors both pools

Special Commands & Keywords

`clear`

Context: When setting social links

Function: Removes a social link

Usage:

Click social platform button
Send: clear
Link removed

Example:

Bot: Send Discord link or "clear" to remove
You: clear
Bot: ✅ Discord link removed

Tips for Navigation

If you get stuck or buttons disappear, send /start to return to main menu and start over.

💡 Back Buttons

Every submenu has a "🔙 Back" button. Use it to navigate back without losing progress.

💡 Button-Based Interface

Bot uses buttons for navigation. Don't try to type commands beyond /start - use the buttons!

💡 Confirmation Messages

Bot confirms each action. Look for ✅ checkmarks to know settings were saved.
