Learn how to manage, customize, and control your Buy Bot settings. From changing images to setting minimum amounts, this guide covers all management features.
Accessing Bot Settings
- Open private chat with @MobotsBuyBot
- Send
/startto see the main menu - Click "π€ My Buy Bots"
- Select the group you want to manage
You'll see the bot management dashboard with all available options.
Management Options Overview
π Change Token/Pool
Switch to monitoring a different token or change which pools you're tracking.

Upload custom notification images with your project's branding.

Filter notifications by setting a minimum buy threshold.

Add your Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and Website to notifications.

Temporarily pause or resume notifications without deleting the bot.

Permanently remove the bot and all its settings.

When to Use

How to Change Token/Pool
- Click "π Change Token/Pool"
- Enter the new token contract address
- Bot searches for all available pools
- Select pools to monitor:
- Click "π Monitor All Pools" OR
- Select individual pool buttons
- β Old monitors stop, new ones start immediately
Important Notes
β οΈ Changing the token replaces your current monitoring setup. The bot will stop monitoring the old token and start monitoring the new one.
πΌοΈ Change Notification Image
Upload custom images to make notifications look professional and on-brand.
Image Requirements
- Format: PNG or JPG
- Recommended size: 1000x1000 pixels (1:1 ratio)
- Maximum file size: 5MB
- Best practice: Square images display best
How to Upload Image
Option A: Direct Upload
- Click "πΌοΈ Change Image"
- Upload image file directly to Telegram chat
- β Image updates immediately
Option B: Image URL
- Click "πΌοΈ Change Image"
- Send an image URL (must start with
http://orhttps://) - β Bot fetches and uses the image

π° Set Minimum Buy Amount
Filter out small purchases by setting a minimum threshold for notifications.
How It Works
- Only buys equal to or above the minimum amount will trigger notifications
- Amount is in token quantity (not MON value)
- Filters apply immediately after setting
- Set to
0or1to show all buys
How to Set Minimum
- Click "π° Set Minimum Amount"
- Enter minimum token amount (e.g.,

Finding the Right Minimum
π‘ Strategy: Start with minimum = 0 to see all activity. If you get too many notifications, gradually increase the minimum until you reach a comfortable level.

Display your project's social media links in every notification for maximum exposure.

How to Add Social Links
- Click "π Social Links"
- You'll see current status (β configured / β not set)
- Click the platform you want to add:
- π¬ Set Discord
- π± Set Telegram
- π¦ Set Twitter
- π Set Website
- Send the link in proper format
- β Links appear in notifications immediately

Managing Social Links
To Update a Link:
- Click the platform button again
- Send the new link
- Old link is replaced
To Remove a Link:
- Click the platform button
- Send

Temporarily pause or resume notifications without deleting the bot or losing settings.
When to Use

How to Toggle Status
To Deactivate:
- Click "π΄ Deactivate"
- Bot stops sending notifications immediately
- All settings are preserved
To Reactivate:
- Click "π’ Activate"
- Notifications resume immediately
- Continues from where it left off
Status Indicators
- Active π’ - Bot is monitoring and sending notifications
- Inactive π΄ - Bot is paused, no notifications sent
β οΈ Note: Deactivating the bot does not delete your settings. Your token address, pools, image, social links, and minimum amount are all preserved.
β Delete Bot
Permanently remove the bot from your group and delete all settings.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete a bot, the following is permanently removed:
- β Token monitoring configuration
- β Pool selections
- β Custom notification image
- β Social links
- β Minimum amount setting
- β All bot data for this group
How to Delete
- Click "β Delete Bot"
- Confirm deletion when prompted
- Bot stops monitoring immediately
- All data is deleted
- You can create a new bot anytime
β οΈ Warning: This Cannot Be Undone
Deletion is permanent. If you want to pause temporarily, use "π΄ Deactivate" instead.
When to Delete
- β Moving to a new Telegram group
- β Sunsetting the project
- β Reached bot limit and need space
- β No longer need buy tracking
Multi-Bot Management
Bot Limits
Free tier users can create up to 2 bots:
- β One bot per Telegram group
- β Different tokens for different groups
- β Independent settings for each bot
- β Manage all from one interface
Managing Multiple Bots
- Go to "π€ My Buy Bots"
- You'll see all your bots listed
- Click any group to manage that specific bot
- Each bot has independent settings
Example Usage:
- Bot 1: Main token in community group
- Bot 2: Secondary token in trading group
Bot Limit Display
The bot list shows your current usage:
You have 2/2 botsWhen at maximum capacity, you must delete a bot to create a new one.
Creator-Only Management

Only the person who created the bot can:
- β Change token/pools
- β Update settings
- β Delete the bot
- β Modify social links
- β Set minimum amounts
Other group admins cannot modify bot settings. This prevents unauthorized changes and ensures control stays with the creator.
